Event Tickets

PodcastCon will now take place August 20–22, 2021. Tickets previously purchased for PodcastCon 2020 will be automatically honored for PodcastCon 2021. Ticketholders also have the option of transferring to any PodcastCon event in 2022; if you would like to transfer your ticket to 2022, please email help@podcastcon.com with the subject line “2022 Transfer.”

Hotel Reservations

Previously reserved hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, the official partner hotel of PodcastCon 2020, will be automatically cancelled within 5 business days and you will need to rebook via the updated booking link for the new PodcastCon dates. This booking link will be made available on the PodcastCon website in the coming weeks.

What are the new dates?

PodcastCon will now take place August 20–22, 2021, at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL.

How do I transfer my ticket to PodcastCon 2021?

You don’t have to do anything! Tickets that were previously purchased for the 2020 event will automatically be transferred to PodcastCon 2021

How do I transfer my ticket to PodcastCon 2022?

PodcastCon 2020 ticketholders have the option of transferring their 2020 ticket to PodcastCon 2022. If you would like to transfer your ticket to 2022, please email help@podcastcon.com with the subject line “2022 Transfer” by June 30, 202. Please note that dates and locations for PodcastCon 2022 have not yet been announced.

Can I change my ticket type?

Beginning July 1, 2020, you may request an upgrade to a higher ticket type, provided that the ticket type is not sold out. Ticket downgrades are not available.

Can I transfer my ticket to another Mischief Management event?

Tickets are only transferable to the same event that you have already purchased tickets for. For example, a PodcastCon ticket may not be transferred to a future LeakyCon event.

What if I can’t attend on the new dates?

If you are unable to attend PodcastCon 2021, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to PodcastCon 2022. Please note that dates and locations for PodcastCon 2022 have not yet been announced. If you would like to transfer your ticket to 2022, please email help@podcastcon.com with the subject line “2022 Transfer.”

Tickets may be transferred to another individual by modifying the ticket information in ShowClix. Follow the instructions here to change the personal information on the ticket. If you are interested in upgrading your ticket (while supplies last) or would like to swap a Day Pass for a different day, please email help@podcastcon.com.

Can I get a refund?

You may request a refund by emailing help@podcastcon.com with the subject “Refund Request” through Friday, June 19. We normally do not allow refunds, but recognize that these are special circumstances, so will be evaluating these requests on a case-by-case basis. Please include as much detail as you can. Refunds will be processed by the end of June 2020.

Events have been rescheduled to similar timelines in 2021 and kept in their host cities to be sure that there would be as little impact as possible on your ability to attend. As Mischief Management is a small event company that has been significantly impacted by COVID-19 we truly appreciate your cooperation as we minimize the financial impact so that we can continue to celebrate together for many years to come.

Yes, the health and safety of everyone attending our events is our top priority. Additional details will be available as we get closer to the event in 2021.

How do I use the Mischief Management gift card I bought?

Mischief Management Event Gift Card purchasers have received an email with instructions on how to redeem the value of their gift card. If you have purchased a gift card and not received this email, please contact shop@mischiefmerch.com

What do I need to do if I was registered to vend or exhibit at PodcastCon?
